VOCALISION / PRIVACY

Your privacy,
in focus.

Last updated: 22 September 2026

This policy explains privacy practices for the VOCALISION mobile app and the vocalision.com website. The app and website operate differently, so they are described separately below.

A. VOCALISION mobile app

VOCALISION is currently an iPhone application. The external beta uses a local-first architecture, and internal or developer surfaces are not part of the external public beta.

Microphone and vocal exercises

VOCALISION requests microphone permission so it can listen during short vocal exercises. Exercise audio is processed on your device. VOCALISION does not retain the raw microphone audio after processing, and raw microphone audio is not uploaded to VOCALISION.

Information stored on your device

Derived exercise measurements, results, progress information, setup choices, preferences and related product state are stored locally on your device.

Delete My Local Data

You can use Delete My Local Data within the app to remove VOCALISION product data stored locally on your device.

Deleting local VOCALISION data does not revoke the microphone permission controlled by iOS. You can review or change microphone permission separately in iPhone Settings.

Removing the app may remove locally stored application data according to normal iOS behavior.

Features not used in the current beta

The current beta does not require or provide user accounts. It has no production backend, cloud synchronization, product analytics, telemetry, advertising, payments or subscriptions.

B. VOCALISION website

The VOCALISION website does not collect voice recordings, create user accounts or provide cloud synchronization. It does not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers or analytics consent storage.

The website does not currently offer a functional email sign-up form and does not submit or store visitor email addresses.

Website delivery

The website is delivered through hosting and content-delivery infrastructure. When you request a page, that infrastructure may process standard technical request information—such as IP address, browser information, requested page and request time—to deliver, secure and maintain the website.

The website uses local/system font stacks and does not request Google Fonts.
