VOCALISION / SUPPORT
How can
we help?
VOCALISION’s current beta runs on iPhone and keeps your exercise information on your device. Try the steps below if something is not working as expected.
Microphone access
VOCALISION needs microphone permission to listen during vocal exercises. If microphone access was declined or is no longer available:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Find VOCALISION.
- Turn on Microphone.
- Return to VOCALISION and retry the exercise.
No measurement or an invalid result
Try the exercise again in a quiet environment. Keep the iPhone at a comfortable, consistent distance and sing only after the exercise begins listening.
If the result still cannot be measured, close and reopen VOCALISION and try once more.
An exercise was interrupted
Return to the exercise and start it again. An incomplete attempt may be discarded, and you can repeat the exercise without affecting earlier completed results.
Delete My Local Data
Use Delete My Local Data within VOCALISION to remove exercise and progress information stored locally by the app on that iPhone.
This does not change the microphone permission controlled by iOS. To review or change that permission, use iPhone Settings.
Find your app version
Open VOCALISION’s About section and include the displayed version and build number when contacting support.
Contact support
If the problem continues, email support@vocalision.com and include:
- Your VOCALISION version and build number
- Your iPhone model
- Your iOS version
- The exercise or screen involved
- A short description of what happened and the steps that reproduce it
- A screenshot or screen recording when useful
Please do not send voice recordings or sensitive personal information unless support specifically asks for information necessary to investigate your issue.
